We also offer a personalisation service and can add the person’s name to the band as per the photo. If no name is requested, we will include our "Made especially for you" band. Our cashmere lavender bags are soft to the touch, full of fragrance and offer comfort. All woven and sewn in Elgin, the patterns and colours will vary. Using the softest cashmere from Johnstons of Elgin, each bag is filled with dried lavender sourced in the UK.

Welcome tranquillity into your home with a candle made in Elgin by Speyside Soap Company. All presented in a deluxe amber glass 20cl jar and finished with an exquisite coco lid, these candles are perfect to help you relax with a burn time of approximately 33 hours. Delivery:

Based in Elgin, Moray, Northern Scotland, for delivery within the UK, we currently use Royal Mail First Class for deliveries under £50 and Parcelforce for deliveries over £50.

We aim to send all orders out within 24 hours of receipt. When the product is in our warehouse, the delivery service normally takes 3-5 days after dispatch. 

All orders will be shipped during Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. All delivery times are from dispatch and not from the time the order was placed. We will confirm dispatch date to you in your confirmation email.

International Delivery:

Currently we are offering UK shipping only, however if you require international shipping, individual arrangements can be made. Please email info@avainnes.com.

Returns:

If you have bought something and have changed your mind, we will accept returns under certain criteria. For health and safety reasons, it is important that the bedding is returned exactly as it was sent to you, unused and in the same packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be made. Please email us in the first instance at info@avainnes.com and we will provide returns instruction.
