Ava Innes is the new Scottish luxury brand passionate about sleep, cashmere and sustainability. Launched in 2019 we are a growing women led business with ambitious growth plans. As a small team the role is broad covering a range of activities.
We are excited to offer a graduate (from the last 4 years) a paid role (17 hours per week), with a 6 month contract, with the option to extend full time.
Sales and Design Assistant Part-time
Sales and Design Assistant supporting all aspects of the Ava Innes business.
Some experience of digital front and back end is preferred, ideally with ecommerce experience. Communication with customers, engaging in promotional activities on social media. Interest in content creation through writing,photography or video creation an advantage.
Monitoring stock. Packing orders. General ecommerce support. Training available.
Duties
Digital graphics
Uploading new products on Shopify
Social media content
Follow up as required on sales inquiries
Packing and shipping orders
Inputting data including receipts on Quickbooks software
Exhibition stands when suitable.
Salary based on 17 hours £12,693 per annum (FTE £28,000)
Hours of work
Ideally Monday and Friday mornings in office with flexibility of working from home on other days.
Location
Majority of the time in the office at 42 Mayne Road, with some flexible working from home.
