Caring about people and the planet is at the heart of Ava Innes. Our most recent commitment is with One Tree Planted – a non-profit environmental charity on a mission of global reforestation.

One Tree Planted began in 2014 and is a dedicated organisation that gives back to our environment by creating a healthier climate, protecting biodiversity and helping with reforestation efforts around the world – all by planting trees. Most recently, in 2020, One Tree Planted achieved a record number of trees planted – over 10 million!

Working with reforestations partners across the world in North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Pacific, this organisation plants trees in the ground to restore forests after fires and floods; protects habitats for biodiversity and also helps the wider community by creating jobs.

Add a ‘Tree to be Planted’ to your basket to support our environment, and if you choose not to, we at Ava Innes will plant one on your behalf.

Delivery:

Based in Elgin, Moray, Northern Scotland, for delivery within the UK, we currently use Royal Mail First Class for small packages, Parcelforce 48hrs for larger items and UPS / DHL for international shipments.

We aim to send all orders within 48 hours of receipt and will advise once sent.

All orders will be shipped during Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. All delivery times are from dispatch and not from the time the order was placed. We will confirm dispatch date to you in your confirmation email.

International Delivery:

Currently we are offering USA and Canada shipping, however if you require international shipping to other countries, individual arrangements can be made. Please email info@avainnes.com.

We use Royal Mail International for smaller items such as cashmere socks, blankets and gift boxes. For larger items such as duvets and pillows we ship with UPS.

Returns:

If you have bought something and have changed your mind, we will accept returns under certain criteria. For health and safety reasons, it is important that the bedding is returned exactly as it was sent to you, unused and in the same packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be made. Please email us in the first instance at info@avainnes.com and we will provide returns instruction.
