Our V-shaped wool-filled pillow have proved extremely popular for those requiring a little extra comfort. Our customers tell us it is not easy finding a good 100% cotton pillowcase . Though there are a number on the market they can be difficult to put on and off.

We are now offering a V-shaped pillowcase cover in natural organic cotton with a discrete zip that makes it easy to put on and off. Our covers are hand-made in Elgin by Fiona our seamstress.

Delivery:

Based in Elgin, Moray, Northern Scotland, for delivery within the UK, we currently use Royal Mail First Class for small packages, Parcelforce 48hrs for larger items and UPS / DHL for international shipments.

We aim to send all orders within 48 hours of receipt and will advise once sent.

All orders will be shipped during Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. All delivery times are from dispatch and not from the time the order was placed. We will confirm dispatch date to you in your confirmation email.

International Delivery:

Currently we are offering USA and Canada shipping, however if you require international shipping to other countries, individual arrangements can be made. Please email info@avainnes.com.

We use Royal Mail International for smaller items such as cashmere socks, blankets and gift boxes. For larger items such as duvets and pillows we ship with UPS.

Returns:

If you have bought something and have changed your mind, we will accept returns under certain criteria. For health and safety reasons, it is important that the bedding is returned exactly as it was sent to you, unused and in the same packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be made. Please email us in the first instance at info@avainnes.com and we will provide returns instruction.
