Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Ava Innes. We are delighted to have you as a customer and hope that you remain with us for many years to come. If you have bought something and have changed your mind, we will accept returns under certain criteria. For health and safety reasons, it is important that the bedding is returned exactly as it was sent to you, unused and in the same packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be made.

Returning a product if it is no longer wanted.
We are happy to offer you a return option within 14 days of receipt of goods, if the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Any returns that do not fall within this criteria, may be refused a refund. Once the protective seal within the box has been removed for hygiene reasons we cannot accept this product for return under any circumstances.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracking service when returning goods, as lost parcels cannot be refunded.

Returning a product due to faulty workmanship.
We inspect all our products before they are sent out, however should something be below standard, please notify us by email to info@avainnes.com and we can advise what the best course of action will be. For UK shipments a returns label is supplied within the box, via MyHermes.

Bespoke products that are made to order, unfortunately cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at info@avainnes.com and we will provide instructions on how to make your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: 42 Mayne Road, Elgin, IV30 1PB.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that also insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot refund goods that are lost in transit.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
